It’s tough to be good at networking if you’re unwilling to initiate conversation.
It’s tough to be good at networking if you don’t actually care about the other person. And to go along with that…It’s tough to be good at networking if you spend the entire time talking.
And ultimately it’s tough to be good at networking if you don’t come through on the promises you make during the conversation.
On the other hand…If you initiate, care and follow through, your network can’t help but grow.
