The most common mistake is equating the two in the first place.
But if they’re not doing it as good as you…do they need more time? Guidance? Education? A different task or job all together? It’s a chance for you to be the insightful leader.
If they’re not doing it the same as you…Good. That’s simply the price of delegation.
